We manufacture
Industrial Lube Oil Console as per API 614, 3rd Edition for compressors & mechanical sealing system. These are manufactured and tested as per API 614, API 610, API 611, API 618 as well as manufacturers standard.
Our engineering department takes care of the following aspects before packaging includes: - Designed to API 611 or API 614
- Capacity of the lube oil system is decided after studying the requirement of the steam turbine, gear box & driven equipment in addition to retention time specified
- System design includes the design of the accessories for the operation of the lube oil system i.e. developing the Process & Instrumentation Diagram
- Reading and translating the customer specifications into the individual component specifications for procurement of bought outs
- Developing the equipment general arrangement diagram and foundation drawing on the basis of plot plan by the customer
- Drawing up the piping general arrangement and piping isometrics based on the equipment layout
- Thermal & mechanical design of the oil cooler & preparation of the fabrication drawings
- Sizing and mechanical design of the oil reservoir and preparation of the fabrication drawings
